Returns & Exchanges

Items that can be returned include items that are a) the wrong size, or b) are damaged in condition.

MC Designer Collections offer a 30 day return policy on goods that are purchased from our online store. Orders will need to be sent back using a courier of your choosing and at the expense of the customer (no reply paid). See returns process below.

Items can qualify for return if they are:

  • In new and re-sellable condition (no damages)
  • Include all original tags and packaging

MC Designer Collection reserves the right to refuse a return of a product that has signs of wear or use. We encourage you get in touch with customer service if you are unsure.

Other key return conditions
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase (starts from the date of arrival);
  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn and new with the original tags, boxes and other packaging still intact and in re-sellable condition.
  • Item(s) can only be returned if they do not fit the size required or are if the products themselves are deemed faulty in their condition
  • Items(s) can only be returned if they have not been altered

Exchanges

MC Designer Collections do not do product exchanges. Instead, original orders must be processed as a refund must using the link and instructions above. Once the return is fully processed, the funds will be released back to you.

  1. Send the incorrect items or items you wish to return back to us.
  2. Once the items have reached our warehouse we'll process a full refund with 5-6  days for the original order.
  3. Place a new order with the correct size or products you want.

Refunds

Your funds will be organised to be sent to you when the item(s) reach our warehouse, where a refund will be processed within 5-6 business days. Depending on an your bank however, the funds may be released at a later time.

Alterations

The cost of alterations needed for items are not included in the retail price, either on the online website platform or in store. All alterations are done on a case-by-case basis and the cost of alteration will depend greatly on the works required. For online purchases, alterations can be arranged through an in-store consultancy (30 mins) appointment. For in-store purchases, alterations can be drawn up during the purchase.
